One queue for every action an AI agent wants to take, such as a message, a stage move or a campaign, waiting for a quick yes or no from your team.
AI proposals is where actions suggested by AI agents wait for a person to decide. When an agent, such as Seta AI, the owner’s assistant on WhatsApp, an automation or an outside AI tool connected to Setaflow, wants to send a message, move a stage or schedule a campaign, it lands here. Nothing reaches the customer until someone approves it. Open it from Review › AI proposals in the sidebar.

- An empty queue is good news: Nothing waiting — all clear.
- AI proposals is not Approvals. Approvals in the Money desk records a customer’s yes on a quote or design. AI proposals is your team’s yes to an AI agent.
- Who can decide depends on your role. By default Admins can do everything here, and Staff can view and approve. High-risk approvals are a separate permission. The Owner can change this in Roles and permissions.
