Your WhatsApp and email templates now live in Settings, under Templates.
Templates have moved. Your WhatsApp and email templates are now in Settings › Templates. If you open the old Templates page, Setaflow takes you there.
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”
- Open Settings.
- In the list on the left, under Trade, click Templates.
Everything you did on the old page, such as writing a template, submitting it to Meta and checking its status, works the same way there.
